Check
This search reveals articles and references appearing in international,
national and local news publications, and internet-based sources. It may
provide information about civil litigation, criminal activity, government
investigations, disciplinary and regulatory actions, professional or personal
improprieties, significant events, etc.
- Public
Record Scan
This check is a comprehensive search of proprietary databases which provides
such items as tax liens, judgments, UCC filings and bankruptcy information.
- Officer/Director
Records Search
This search lists public and private entities with which the applicant is
or was affiliated, in addition to identifying the applicant's position with
the entity. This search also lists the state(s) and date(s) in which a company
was incorporated as well as the corporation's current status.
- Fictitious
Business Name Statements Search
This search lists DBAs ("Doing Business As") for businesses as filed in
the County Recorder's office or with the Secretary of State (in certain
jurisdictions.)
- State
Court Civil Records Search
This search reveals any civil litigation the applicant has been involved
in either as a plaintiff or defendant, within the jurisdiction included
in the investigation.
- Federal
Court Civil Records Search
This search discloses any civil litigation at the federal level as either
plaintiff or defendant within the jurisdictions included in the investigation.
This search may reveal possible regulatory actions, securities law violations,
RICO violations, tax matters and other significant lawsuits.
- Excluded
Parties Index
This search identifies applicants that have been excluded from the United
States General Services Administration List of Parties Excluded from the
Federal Procurement and Non-procurement programs. Inclusion in this list
means that the subject has been suspended, debarred or otherwise excluded
from receiving federal contracts or certain subcontracts and from certain
types of financial and non-financial assistance and benefits.

States Tax Court
This search reveals information regarding individuals and corporations that
have disputed a particular tax ruling.
- Office
of Foreign Asset Control's Special Designated Nationals
This search will check if the individual or a company he or she has been
associated with is a "Specially Designated National". These are individuals
and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, certain
targeted countries, as well as individuals, groups, and entities, such as
terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under programs that are
not country-specific. The assets of persons and companies on this list are
blocked and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from dealing with them.
