Silver Essential Background Check

This check includes all of the checks included in the Bronze Essential Background Check, plus verification of employment, education and references. This check is recommended when your company does not have the staff time necessary to do thorough verification calls.

Employment Verification
Our investigators will verify your applicants past and/or current employment information. This report includes start and end dates, position, ending salary, reason for leaving as stated by the Human Resource Record and eligibility for rehire. We will alert you if there are discrepancies between the application and what we verify.
Education Verification
Our investigators will personally verify your applicant's educational information. This report verifies degrees, diplomas, GPA, major/minor, certificates, dates attended and any special achievements from universities, colleges, trade/vocational schools, and/or high schools. We will alert you if there are discrepancies between the application and what we verify.
Reference Checks
Our investigators can handle for your company the necessary task of checking your potential employee's personal and business references. Our report will help you evaluate your applicant's personality, reputation and character by asking a set of carefully crafted questions.

This report is recommended for the hiring of key employees. It covers all of the above essential checks and verifications included in the Silver Essential Background Check, plus 9 additional searches, including a media search, officer/director records and civil litigation searches.
