Ms. Lohan's supervisor, Justin Wright, confirmed Ms. Lohan's employment as
an assistant bookkeeper in accounts payables. Mr. Wright is aware that Ms.
Lohan is looking for employment elsewhere and regrets that Acme can't increase
her salary, which she has stated is the primary reason she wants to leave
the company. Mr. Wright said that Ms. Lohan has performed the functions of
her job, which includes among other tasks, reconciliation of the accounts
payables computer printouts with individual invoices from suppliers/vendors
and any charge backs to the suppliers in a very satisfactory manner. She is
eligible for rehire, if she leaves the company. She was hired on April 6,
2005.
Veridine Corporation- Venice, CA. Tom Yancy, the head
of human resources at Veridine confirmed that Ms. Lohan worked at Veridine
from April 10, 2003 until January 12th, 2005. She worked as a clerk in the
shipping department. She did not work as comptroller of the company as stated
on her employment application with Wonderful Widget.
Yahoo Party Supplies-Venice, CA. Co-owner of Yahoo,
Mitch Perdue, confirmed that Ms. Lohan worked for the company from December
10, 2001 when she was hired as a part-time scheduler for the delivery trucks
until March 12th, 2003. She was promoted from part-time scheduler to a full-time
salaried employee in the scheduler position on September 9, 2002. Perdue said
that Lohan was an excellent employee and fulfilled all of her duties in a
professional and prompt manner. She would be eligible for rehire if Yahoo
had any job openings.
Chuck and Patty's Ice Cream Parlor- Brooklyn, NY. Patty
Scoliacimo, co-owner of the ice cream parlor confirmed that Lohan worked as
a server at the parlor (it is a restaurant as well as an ice cream shop) from
the time she was 17 or 18 until shortly before she left for the West Coast.
Patty said that Lohan was an outstanding server and made significantly more
in tips than the other servers. Lohan was always cheerful and upbeat. Patty
said that she was sorry to see Lohan go, but knew that she had been trying
to make her "escape" to the West Coast for a few years before she left. Patty
said that Lohan was eligible for rehire, but doubted that a 37 year old woman
would want to return to work in a place she had worked at when she was a teen-ager.

attend, by distance learning, Canyon College in Idaho, where she earned an
Associate of Arts degree in business management. She participated in Canyon's
AA program from February 2nd, 2002 to June 16th, 2005. Canyon College is accredited

provided two personal references. Sarah Millman, (310) 123-4567, was listed
as a friend and neighbor. Ms. Lohan has known her for two years. Ms. Millman
confirmed this when we spoke with her and said that everyone in the apartment
complex likes Ms. Lohan.
